TITAN 'LANCER®' SERIES MICRO-MATIC STUD DRIVER
Drives stud to a predetermined projection height above casting, causing stud to tighten on the pitch diameter interference between stud and casting. Opens automatically when lifted from stud and does not need to reverse direction. 'Micro-design' permits its use on many close clearance applications.
Use on any fully or semi-automatic assembly machine or on any power hand tool (except impact wrench).
Stud Capacities: available from #8-32 thru 7/16" and M4 thru M10.

TITAN 'SENTINEL®' SERIES MICRO-MATIC STUD DRIVER WITH TORQUE CONTROL
A necessity where limited amount of torque is desired — as in driving shoulder studs or bottoming studs. Opens automatically when lifted from stud and does not need to reverse direction. Torque setting is easily adjustable. The newly patented 'micro-desig' permits its use on many close clearance applications. Incorporates new 'cartridge' assembly concept for fast, easy maintenance.
Use on any fully or semi-automatic assembly machine or on any power hand tool (except impact wrench).
Stud Capacities: available from #8-32 thru 7/16" and M4 thru M10. Torque Range: adjustable from 0 inch-pounds thru 50 foot-pounds (0 thru 68 Nm), depending on tool size.

TITAN '100 SERIES CD™' SELF-OPENING STUD DRIVER WITH TORQUE CONTROL

TITAN 'TTSL®' SERIES SPRING LOADED SPINDLE ADAPTORS
The 'length compensating action' of the TTSL adaptor eliminates the need to strictly control the differential between spindle RPM and spindle feed on air or hydraulically operated units. Essential on any single or multiple spindle assembly machine. Provides shock-absorbing protection to power tool, stud driver, and casting. Allows up to 1" full spring load or free float.
Uses male and female adaptors for attaching to most any power source (except impact wrench).
Capacity: available in several sizes for complete versatility.
TITAN 'TYPE G SERIES™' STUD DRIVER
Positive drive for applications where restricted space does not permit use of bigger diameter automatic self-releasing tools. Loose plunger design assures quick release of stud upon reversal of power spindle. Easily adapts to TITANTORKER or TORQUETTE clutches for applications requiring torque control.
Use with any reversible air or electric drill (except impact wrench), either hand held or on fixtured assembly machines.

TITAN 'COMPAC®' SERIES STUD DRIVER
Same basic design as TYPE G stud driver but shorter overall tool length and lighter weight.
Stud Capacities: available from #8-32 thru 1/2"-20 and M4 thru M12.
TITAN 'MUSTANG®' STUD DRIVER
Similar to TYPE G and COMPAC stud drivers but incorporates an adjustable sleeve for applications on which a variable length of stud grip is desired.
Stud Capacities: available from #10 thru 9/16" and M6 thru M14.
TITAN 'BULL DOG®' STUD DRIVER
Ideal for wheel and axle plants, locomotive shops, and plants building air compressors and similar heavy equipment. Definitely stands up under extreme vibration of impact wrenches.
Stud Capacities: available from 1/4" thru 3" (NC and NF) and M6 thru M33 (ISO). Larger sizes quoted on request.
TITAN 'BULL DOG®' PIPE NIPPLE DRIVER
Same basic tool as BULL DOG stud driver but designed to drive threaded pipe nipples.
TITAN 'TITANPACTOR®' STUD DRIVER
A real problem solver for special applications. Rugged tool like the BULL DOG stud driver, but designed for even easier release of stud on troublesome jobs (such as when driving studs with low reversal torque
compared to high driving torque).
Stud Capacities: available from 5/8" thru 1-1/4" (NC and NF). Some metric sizes available from stock; others quoted on request.
TITAN 'ROLL GRIP®' STUD DRIVER and REMOVER
Obtains positive grip in either direction on stud by means of roller bearings locking on high cams. When used as a remover — stud falls free from tool as soon as it clears part. When used as a driver — tool has sufficient grip adjustment on most applications to avoid damage on threads.
Use any hand held or fixtured power source. (Not recommended for use on impact wrench except under certain conditions.) When used as a driver — power source must be brought to complete rotational stop and all torque relaxed before ROLL GRIP driver will release stud.
Stud Capacities: available from 3/16" thru 3" and M5 thru M33. Larger sizes quoted on request.
TITAN 'MODEL R®' PIPE NIPPLE DRIVER
Same basic tool as ROLL GRIP stud driver and remover but designed for gripping on pipe diameters.
TITAN 'VICTORY™' SERIES AUTOMATIC STUD REMOVER
Removes threaded studs instantly without thread damage. When remover is pushed onto stud, threaded jaws automatically engage stud. When reversal torque is applied, special locking cams prevent tool from unthreading from stud. Releases stud easily when stud is pulled from tool. Provides a convenient method for checking stud loosening torque with hand torque wrench. Push VICTORY stud remover onto stud — check torque. Then simply pull remover off of stud without any resultant thread damage.
Use a torque wrench, any hand held reversible power tool (except impact wrench), or a T-Handle.

TITAN 'TARGET®' STUD DRIVER
Engineered for the aircraft industry, the TARGET stud driver drives stud by pitch diameter pressure instead of pressure on the top of the stud. Eliminates mutilation of threads and distortion of cotter keyholes.
Use a fixtured power set-up, any and held reversible power tool (except impact wrench), or a T-Handle.
Stud Capacities: available from #10 thru 5/8". Some metric sizes available from stock; others quoted on request.
TITAN 'EXTRACTO®' STUD REMOVER
Same grip technique as the TARGET stud driver. Since thread damage is eliminated with this type of remover, the studs can be re-used — invaluable on applications calling for expensively designed studs. Some parts interchangeable with the TARGET driver.
Use T-Handle or hand tool only.
Stud Capacities: same as TARGET stud driver.
TITAN 'RCD™' TORQUE CONTROLLED UNTHREADED STUD DRIVER
Grips nut end of stud or pin and drives to torque. Ideal for all applications involving studs without thread on nut end being driven to shoulder on stud or bottom of hole. Releases stud easily when clutch activates and does not need to reverse direction.
Use on any fully or semi-automatic assembly machine or on any power hand tool (except impact wrench).
